WEDDING CAKE Lemon Poppyseed with Fresh Raspberry Filling and Limoncello Buttercream

Organic fluffy lemon poppyseed butter cake with fresh raspberry filling and mousseline buttercream flavored with fresh lemon juice and limoncello. Serves 100-125 as pictured.

Lemon is one of my favorite flavors for cakes, and a great non-chocolate choice for a wedding cake. The lemon flavor in this cake is clear and intense but not overpowering using organic lemon oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and limoncello, an Italian lemon liqueur.

Covered with sunflowers, rosehips and irises provided by the wedding’s florist.
