Milkglass is a small-batch modern American bakery based in the East Bay and is the product of my obsession with baking. Self-taught, I started with cookies, moved on to pies to feed 127 students as a kitchen manager in college, and eventually tackled three-tier wedding cakes. I make everything from scratch with the best available ingredients, using no mixes, trans fats, or shortcuts.

We cannot eat desserts all the time, so when we do, they should be made with the very best possible ingredients, and treasured and savored. I would love to make you an extraordinary dessert for your event.
