We love fruit pies!¬†Milkglass pies are made with a flaky (never soggy) crust with organic butter and cream cheese, and filled with¬†farmer’s market fruit, organic whenever possible (some excellent family farms cannot afford to obtain organic certification, even though they produce organically without pesticides).
